Privacy Policy

Pour Report is private by design.

Last updated: July 12, 2026 · Applies to the Pour Report iOS app.

Here is the whole story in plain language:

What we collect

Nothing. Pour Report has no servers and makes no network calls to us. The drinks, sessions, check-ins, and notes you enter stay on your device. Because we never receive your data, we cannot access, sell, or lose it.

Sharing & export

When you tap share (a recap card, a video, or a CSV export), iOS hands the file to whatever destination you choose — Messages, a saved file, another app. That action is entirely initiated by you, and the content goes only where you send it.

Group events

If you create or join a group event, everyone still logs on their own phone and their data stays there. To build a combined report, each person taps Share my drinks and sends a small file through iOS's share sheet to the host, who imports it. Nothing syncs through us — we have no servers — and only the drinks inside that event's dates are included (never your spend).

Apple Health

Apple Health sync is off by default and completely optional. If you turn it on, Pour Report writes your standard-drink counts to Apple Health so they sit alongside your other health data. It is write-only — the app never reads anything from Health — and you can turn it off any time in Settings. Anything written lives in your own Apple Health, protected by Apple's privacy controls; it never comes to us.

Location

Location is optional and used only in the moment you tag where a night happened, to suggest nearby venue names. It is requested once, used on the spot, and never stored or transmitted — not to us (we have no servers) and not to anyone else.

Children

Pour Report is intended for adults of legal drinking age and is rated 17+. It is not directed at children.

Changes

If this policy ever changes, we will update this page and the "Last updated" date above.
